Planned resources and permitted use
The planned offer includes downloadable templates, general-awareness learning modules, and a business resource membership. Final terms should define the exact license, authorized users, copying and sharing permissions, access period, support scope, and subscription renewal and cancellation details before checkout is enabled.
Educational scope
Ironclad’s planned educational materials are not OSHA-authorized or certified. They do not replace legally required training or employer-specific compliance guidance. They are not a site-specific assessment or emergency response service. Each employer must determine what applies to its own workplace and seek qualified guidance where needed.
Safety and emergency use
Materials should never be treated as live emergency instructions. In an emergency, follow current instructions from the employer and relevant local authorities. Safety content will require qualified review before release; this scope statement does not make a legal or compliance determination for any customer.
Accounts, payment, and subscriptions
The site currently provides customer accounts for email-and-password sign-in. Any future paid service may use a hosted payment processor and subscription portal. The final terms should identify the billing cadence, renewal and cancellation process, access after cancellation, refunds, taxes, and any platform rules before payment is accepted.
