Customer accounts collect a name, email address, and password for email-and-password sign-in. Creating an account does not provide workspace, membership, checkout, or paid-material access. The site has no purchase checkout or member area. The free emergency-preparedness checklist has an email capture form: when you submit a valid email and consent, the request is saved in the waitlist record and surfaced to the company for follow-up. The checklist link appears after a successful submission; this form does not promise an automatic confirmation or delivery email. The contact form separately sends the information you include to the business for follow-up. The hosting platform may process ordinary technical and security logs. Confirm whether platform analytics or other services are active in the deployed environment.
Proposed uses
Account details are used to create and secure sign-in access. Checklist email addresses are used to record the request, provide the on-page download, and support related follow-up. The intended limited use of a message is to respond to the question or request it contains. Before enabling purchases or membership, revise this notice to name the payment processor, account and access data, retention practices, unsubscribe process, and relevant service providers.
Information minimization
Do not send medical, injury, incident-investigation, employee discipline, or other sensitive employee information. If a future tracker is released, its proposed purpose is limited to basic training assignment and completion status; it should not be used as a repository for sensitive employee records.
Retention, access, and questions
